It depends on how many cameras and crew you need, how many days the event runs, and what you want delivered afterwards. Send us the date, venue and agenda and we will come back with a clear quote, usually within one working day.

Two to three weeks is ideal so we can plan the shot list around your agenda, but we regularly cover events booked at shorter notice. Send the date and we will tell you straight away.

Typically a highlight reel and social clips within 24 hours of the final session, and full session edits and speaker cuts within two weeks. Faster turnarounds are available on request.

You do. All edits and the original rushes are delivered to you, and we keep a secure archive so you can come back for new cuts later.
